3. Will other systems be impacted when SFX is installed?
Installing SFX will not have any impact on any other systems you use. In order to make you comfortable on how to use SFX a demo session can be arranged upon request.

4. Will my access change?
SFX will not change your access as part of the installation. Permission and rights to grant access will continue to be held by the administrator as per the role you fulfil.

5. When will I be able to use SFX
As part of the initial setup process, upon installing SFX and connecting to XERO you will be able to use SFX straight away. If you require assistance during the setup process contact the SFX support team.

6. When will invoicing from Xero move over to Salesforce
This is available in SFX advanced and SFX enterprise versions. The sync from Xero to Salesforce is scheduled every 15 minutes.

Yes, Accounts and Contacts from Salesforce sync from Salesforce to xero when an Invoice is created.
You can also manually sync the customers in Xero by importing via data loader. Please note to include the XeroId as the external Id when you upload data in salesforce.

An invoice for the additional transactions will be raised for the calendar month, invoices are due in 15 days.
